Atlantic Southeast begins to return BAe 146s


Atlantic Southeast Airlines (ASA) returned BAe 146-200A N814AS (msn E2080) to AMJ in October. ASA parent ASA Holdings announced on 19 June that it planned to exercise its option to return its five leased BAe 146-200s, so as to standardize its jet aircraft fleet on the 50-seat Canadair Regional Jet. The remaining 146s will follow shortly, with all scheduled to be leave the fleet by the end of first quarter of 1998.
