Avro RJ100 TC-THE (msn E3283) of Turkish Airlines was hijacked on 25 February while operating flight TK941 from Adana to Ankara by a passenger who claimed to have a bomb and demanded to be taken to Tehran. The aircraft landed at Diyarbakir. The hijacker was later over-powered by other passengers.
