Italian airline Club Air has added one more BAe 146, bringing its fleet of the type to five aircraft. The new aircraft, former Meridiana series 200 I-FLRI (msn E2220), is leased from BAE Systems. Club Air began operations in late 2002, initially with two BAe 146-200s, and then added two more in mid-2004. The airline’s two oldest 146s have been re-registered as I-TERB (msn E2012 ex EI-DBY) and I-TERV (msn E2014 ex EI-DBZ). Most of its flights are between Italy and Romania, but the airline has also added flights to Albania. On 13 December, it intends to launch a new service from Bari, in southern Italy, to Paris.
