Flightline’s BAe 146-300 G-BTXN flew for Discovery during November (Edwin Vanoverschelde)
WDL Aviation is once again operating a BAe 146 on behalf of Czech travel agency Discovery Aviation, joining Flightline. WDL flew Discovery’s first services in June, on subcontract to Flightline. Flightline took over in August, using series 200 G-DEBE (msn E2022) until 29 October, with series 300 G-BTXN (msn E3129) taking over after that. G-DEBE then returned on 2 December, replacing G-BTXN which is being returned to BAE Systems. WDL’s series 300 D-AWBA (msn E3134) joined G-DEBE on 6 December, giving Discovery extra capacity for the holiday season. Flightline’s 146 is mainly flying the services to Genève and Sion, while WDL’s 146 concentrates on the Antwerp services.
