The last Air Wisconsin BAe 146s left the airline’s home base at Appleton, Wisconsin, on 23 April. Captain Pat Doyle, the 146 Fleet Manager, led a formation consisting of N290UE (msn E2080) and N291UE (msn E2084). The two 146s made a formation pass over the airport complex in Appleton as a final good-bye, then flew away to Canada. After clearing Customs in Halifax, Nova Scotia, they flew in formation into Summerside, on Prince Edward Island. On arrival there, they performed several low passes prior to finally touching down just prior to dusk.
