Irish airline CityJet took delivery of the last of 23 former Mesaba Avro RJ85s. RJ85 EI-RJM (msn E2350 ex N525XJ) Caher Island departed Norwich on 20 April, painted in full Air France colors. The delivery process was initially to have concluded by mid 2007, but proved unexpectedly protracted due to the scale of modifications needed to bring the RJ85s into compliance with current European standards. Of the 23 RJ85s, ten are painted in CityJet colors (EI-RJA, C, D, F, N, O, S, T, U, and V) and thirteen in Air France colors (EI-RJB, E, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, P, R, W, and X). As the RJ85s have arrived, the airline has gradually withdrawn its BAe 146s, leaving only series 300 EI-DEX (msn E3157). She, too, is scheduled to leave the fleet soon.
