A new Maltese airline is planning to begin operations in the second half of April using two former Flybe BAe 146-300s. Efly is being formed in Malta by Italian investors to operate charters and ACMI flights. The airline expects to begin operations on 20 April, using BAe 146-300s G-JEBF (msn E3202) and G-JEBG (msn E3209). Both were withdrawn from use by Flybe in mid 2008 and have been in storage at Exeter.
