Swiss will replace its 20 Avro RJ100s with new 110-seat Bombardier CS100s beginning in 2014. The CS100 (previously known as the C110) will be the first variant of Bombardier’s CSeries program. On March 11, the board of Lufthansa confirmed an order for 30 CS100s, with a further 30 on option. Swiss is wholly-owned by Lufthansa.
