The process of replacing BA CityFlyer‘s Avro RJs with Embraer E-Jets entered its last leg on 12 March, when the airline placed its first Embraer 190SR into service. On the following day, RJ100 G-BZAY (msn E3368) became the latest RJ to leave the fleet when she was ferried to Kemble for hand back maintenance. Earlier, CityFlyer had already withdrawn G-BZAW (msn E3354) in May, G-BZAX (msn E3356) in September, G-BZAT (msn E3320) in October, G-BXAS (msn E3301) in December, G-BZAV (msn E3331) in January, and G-BZAU (msn E3328) and G-BZAZ (msn E3369) in February. This leaves the airline with a single RJ100 (G-CFAA msn E3373) and the two RJ85s (G-LCYB msn E2383 and G-LGYC msn E2385). All three are scheduled to leave the fleet by June.
