Cobham Aviation Services is adding two more BAe 146s and Avro RJs to its fleet. The new agreement with BAE Systems Regional Aircraft covers a BAe 146-300QT and an additional Avro RJ100. The freighter is G-BPNT (msn E3126). She was the first BAe 146-300 to be converted to a freighter by Aerostar at Bacău, making her first flight as such on 29 January. She left Bacău on her delivery flight on 17 June, arriving in Adelaide on 25 June. Cobham will use her on Fly-in-Fly-out (FIFO) services in Western and Southern Australia, and on scheduled overnight air freight services in eastern Australia. The company will also lease a third RJ100. Like the two two leased earlier (of which one has already been delivered), this third RJ100, G-BZAV (msn E3331), is another former BA CityFlyer example.
