Intro the preferred bidder for CityJet?

Bloomberg is reporting that Air France KLM has selected Germany’s Intro Aviation as the preferred bidder for its CityJet subsidiary. Ireland’s ASL Aviation had been the other main candidate. Intro Aviation has previously invested in several airlines in the past, including Deutsche BA and LTU, and currently controls Austrian regional airline Intersky. It was founded by entrepreneur Hans-Rudolf Wöhrl, who had previously founded German regional airline NFD — which was an early operator of the BAe 146QT (on behalf of TNT) and later evolved into the current Eurowings.
