BAe 146 SZ-SBR Hegañdt (msn E3120) left South Africa for Equatorial Guinea in late June. She had returned to Lanseria to renew her Certificate of Airworthiness in October 2012, after being painted in Air Annobón‘s colors. However, this was delayed when the Fastjet AMO, who were conducting maintenance on her, went into liquidation. As there were no other AMOs certified to work on BAe 146s at Lanseria, she was eventually ferried to Mafikeng, where Northwest Airline Maintenance completed the required work. With her CofA now in hand, she was able to depart to Malabo. She joins SZ-SOR Palea (msn E3155), which was delivered last July and entered service in January.
