One of the maingear tyres of StarPerú‘s BAe 146-200 OB-1885-P (msn E2087) deflated while she was rolling for take off from Cuzco on 23 September, on flight 2I 1181 to Puerto Maldonado. The crew rejected the takeoff and came to a safe stop on the runway. All the passengers deplaned safely. The 146 was eventually towed back to the terminal, but the airport was closed for about 3 hours.
