BAE Systems signs Airlink to remodelled JetSpares Program

South Africa’s Airlink has become the first customer for BAE Systems’ remodelled JetSpares program. Under JetSpares, customers pay a fixed rate per flying hour (RPFH) for spares and repairs. Agreements are customized for each customer, and can now cover over 500 part numbers, including landing gear components, windscreens, and avionics. The new 3-year agreement with Airlink will cover the airline’s fleet of 12 Avro RJ85 through the end of 2018.
