Air Djibouti to operate BAe 146s?

Flight International reports that start-up Air Djibouti is considering wet-leasing a BAe 146 or Avro RJ for local services. The airline recently took delivery of a Boeing 737-400 and is awaiting a 767-200(ER). Both are being provided by Cardiff Aviation and its subsidiary, VVB Aviation Malta, under their “airline in a box” concept.
