Canadian lessor Tronos is acquiring several former Swiss Avro RJ100s as they are retired from service in the next few months. The first was RJ100 HB-IXQ (msn E3282), who had operated her last service, LX1408/LX1409 from Zürich to Sarajevo and back, on 29 June. She flew air tests on 28 July and 19 August, then departed for Tronos’s base at Summerside on 23 August, routing via Reykyavik, and Goose Bay.
