Canada’s Summit Air has taken delivery of former Cobham Aviation Avro RJ100 C-FXRJ (msn E3301). She had returned to the UK from Australia in October 2016, as VH-NJH, and been placed in storage at Cranfield. While there, she reverted to her previous UK registration of G-BXAS, but this was cancelled as exported to Canada on 28 November. She was acquire her Canadian registration until 16 February. She left Cranfield for Canada on 25 February, routing via Keflavik, Iqaluit, and Churchill, and ultimately arriving in Edmonton the following day. Summit Air already operates two Avro RJ85s. It has also acquired from Brussels Airlines RJ100 G-CJJI (msn E3336 ex OO-DWG), which it is using as a spares source.
