Jota Aviation has operated several more cargo charters using BAe 146-300QT G-JOTE (msn E3182). She had operated her first “go-now” charter on 18 October, flying a shipment of automotive parts from Poznan to Liverpool. She found additional work at the end of the month, flying from Southend to Bratislava and back on 30 October, and then to Gyor and back the following day. Less than a week passed before she flew again, with a roundtrip to Malmö on 6 November and another to Skopje on 7 November. Meanwhile, Avro RJ85 G-JOTR (msn E2294) has been busy with short contracts. After briefly flying for Loganair, she flew for Air France subsidiary Hop! from 19 to 20 October; for British Airways from 21 to 26 October, and then again on 5 November; and for bmi Regional from 6 to 7 November. RJ100 G-JOTS (msn E3355) continues to fly for Hop!, but from 28 October switched her base to Strasbourg, covering the routes to Marseille, Toulouse, and Nice previously flown by Cello‘s RJ100 G-ILLR (msn E3379). 146-200 G-SMLA (msn E2047) has flown a variety of charters, mostly on Jota’s own behalf but also including one under contract to Germany’s Avanti Air, from Aberdeen to Birmingham, on 4 November.
