Abu Dhabi’s Amiri Flight has taken delivery of Avro RJ100 A6-AAB (msn E3387) in a VVIP configuration. The RJ100 was fitted out by Inflite Engineering Limited at London Stansted. She joins the Amiri Flight’s RJ70, A6-LIW (msn E1267).
Former Blue1 RJ100 OH-SAN (msn E3387) is being prepared for delivery to Abu Dhabi’s Amiri Flight. Now registered A6-AAB but still wearing the livery of Blue1, she was ferried to Stansted on 6 May. She will be fitted with a VVIP interior and painted.
The former Azzurra Air Avro RJ70 A6-LIW (msn E1267 ex EI-CPL) departed Basel on delivery to the Abu Dhabi Amiri Flight on 18 April. She has been at Basel since November 2005 for installation of a luxurious VVIP interior, and had initially been registered A6-RJK.
