Lufthansa subsidiary Eurowings continues to hand back its BAe 146s off-lease to BAE Systems. The second to leave the fleet, series 300 D-AEWP (msn E3165), was ferried from Nüremberg to Exeter on 22 June for hand-back maintenance by Flybe.

German BAe 146 operator Eurowings began service from Berlin Tegel to London City on 14 January. The twice daily service is operated on behalf of Lufthansa Regional. Series 200 D-AJET (msn E2201) operated the inital flight, LH4838, arriving at the Docklands airport at 09:10 local time.
