Finnish airline Air Botnia has agreed to lease the last four un-sold Avro RJs. The airline will take delivery of the two RJ85s and two RJ100s in November, and use them to increase capacity on existing routes and add new destinations. The RJ85s will be configured with 84 seats, and the RJ100s with 99 seats. As part of the agreement with BAE Systems, the airline also extended the leases on its five current RJ85s, which were delivered in 2001. The two RJ100s were built in 2001, and the two RJ85s in 2002. All four have been stored at Filton for some time.
