Swiss European Air Lines has taken delivery of the first of six former British Airways CitiExpress Avro RJ100s. RJ100 HB-IXR (msn E3282) was flown to Basel on 21 December after being painted in Swiss at East Midlands. As G-CFAF, she had operated her last British Airways service on 28 November. G-CFAD (msn E3380) and G-CFAH (msn E3384) should follow in January, G-CFAB (msn E3377) and G-CFAC (msn E3379) in February, and G-CFAE (msn E3381) in March. Once all have been delivered, Swiss European will have twenty RJ100s.
