Verona-based Club Air has announced that it intends to resume operations in April, with new owners and new management. The airline ceased operations on 12 December 2006, after Italian civil aviation authority ENAC withdrew its operating certificate. As in the past, Club Air will focus on services from Italy to eastern Europe, with flights from Verona to Bucuresti, Bacău, Cluj (Romania), Chisinau (Moldova), Pristina (Kosovo), and L’Viv (Ukraine). Bucuresti will also be served from Firenze and Torino. Except for the Torino-Bucuresti route, all had been served by the airline in the past.
