
Eurowings BAe 146-300 D-AEWQ taxies out at Nürnberg for the last time (Marlene Leutgeb)
The last Eurowings BAe 146 left Germany on her ferry flight from Nürnberg to Exeter on 28 June. BAe 146-300 D-AEWQ (msn E3203) bore a number of inscriptions to mark the occasion: ‘BAe 146, thank you for more than 15 years of working with us!’ on the starboard front fuselage, and ‘It’s coming home…’ aft, and ‘Thank you and goodbye: Wishing you always happy landings’ on the port side. Earlier, series 200 D-ACFA (msn E2200) had been ferried to Exeter on 11 June and series 300 D-AEWL (msn E3123) on 20 May.
