South Africa’s Airlink has added two more Avro RJ85s to its fleet. Both are former Blue1 aircraft who have stored at Kemble since the fall of 2011. Both remained under lease to Blue1, but Airlink’s interest enabled the Finnish airline to negotiate lease termination agreements with Falko. The two RJ85s were the last examples built. OH-SAP (msn E2394) departed Kemble on 12 October, but returned with a technical problem. She departed again on 8 November, this time successfully. She was re-registered as ZS-SYO on 19 November. Sistership OH-SAO (msn E2393) followed later that month, departing Kemble on 22 November. She was re-registered as ZS-SYP on 28 November.
