Indonesian BAe 146 operator Manunggal Air has taken over the BAe 146-100 previously operated by Penas Airlines. PK-VKD (msn E1104) had been parked at Medan’s Polonia airport for several months. After some test flights in early December, Manunggal Air took her over as PK-VTN. She is still wearing Penas’ basic livery with white fuselage and blue tail, but with a Manunggal logo on the tail. She entered service on 26 December on the airline’s new route to Sibolga, on Sumatra’s west coast.
