Avro RJ85 scrapped at Norwich 1

Avro RJ85 EI-WXB

RJ85 EI-WXB awaits her fate at Norwich in early December (Bradley Bygrave)

Long-term Norwich resident Avro RJ85 EI-WXB (msn E2311) was broken up in December and January. She never flew again after arriving at Norwich on 13 May 2008 as N504XJ, but contributed to keeping her sisterships in the air by donating parts. What was left was moved to the airport’s new scrapping area in early December, and entirely broken up in early January.
