Jota Aviation‘s Avro RJ85 G-JOTR (msn E2294) operated a short contract for Loganair in mid-October. She had been parked at Southend since the end of her contract with Air France subsidiary Hop!. She was ferried to Inverness on 12 October, and then operated several roundtrips to Manchester before returning to Southend on 13 October. The airline’s RJ100, G-JOTS (msn E3355), continues to fly for Air France subsidiary Hop!, while the VIP-configured BAe 146-200 G-SMLA (msn E2047) is flying charters. Loganair is no stranger to the 146, having operated two of the type in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
