Aerovías DAP BAe 146-200 CC-CZP is painted in a special ‘Emperor Penguin’ livery (Aerovías DAP)
Chilean airline Aerovías DAP initally acquired a BAe 146-200 on a lease-purchase agreement from Tronos in 2007, for use on flights to Antarctica (with “Antarctic Airways” titles) and to regional destinations in southern Chile and Argentica. Flights are also operated in support of the mining industry in northern Chile (with “Mineral Airways” titles). Additional 146s were added over time, and then Avro RJ85s. The airline has recently taken delivery of three former Swiss Avro RJ100s, but they have not yet entered service.
